The Portal - Cacao Ceremony, Transcendental Breathwork, Sound Journey Meditation with Breathe & Believe

We live in 3d time and space, doing what it takes to keep going. This creates a story about ourselves and our existence that is limited by the challenges of our ego and our 3d existence. Nobody is free of this. Beneath it all lies a more profound human potential. One that is connected , complete, and free of the challenges and limitations of the human condition.

Go beyond the limits of the self with this ceremonial experience designed to help you realize the infinite nature of who you are and your ability to thrive and heal.

We will combine the heart-opening powers of cacao with the transcendental powers of breathwork and sound. Together, these practices will allow us to cross the Portal into a deep inward journey and peak state experience. This can activate and clear the chakras, release trauma, reset the nervous system, connect us with higher consciousness, and help us achieve self-actualization.

No prior experience is necessary.

*Not suitable for those who are pregnant or experience epilepsy, heart problems, or severe medical conditions. Those who have severe heart problems or are taking an MAOI anti-depressant are advised to check with their doctor before consuming the cacao. This is a small dose that is generally well tolerated by all. You can avoid consuming or drink a small amount of cacao at the event.

Facilitators: Brian Assam & Alecia Heimes

Our complementary skill sets are based on several disciplines, including psychology (developmental, evolutionary, energy, behavioral, etc.), neuroscience, Integral Theory, Kundalini & Hatha Yoga, the Wim Hof method, Oxygen Advantage breathing, shamanic breathing principles, along with deep-seated wisdom in human consciousness.

**Space is limited, and these events fill up. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy.

More about Cacao:
Cacao is known throughout South America as the "Elixir of the Gods." It is a powerful medical plant for opening the Heart Chakra and expanding our awareness/consciousness. It can aid in personal transformation, awakening, removing negative patterns, or feeling a deeper connection with the higher self and source consciousness.

In its raw and natural state, cacao contains over 300 compounds, including the chemicals anandamide, phenylethylamine, and theobromine, known for their euphoric-blissful states. The cacao we will use in this ceremony is pure, ceremonial grade.

Date/Time:

Saturday, April 6th, 6-8pm

Cost:

$45

You will be lying down for the meditation, so please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow. We will have a few extra props available at the event if necessary.

Group Acupuncture with Wildflower TCM

Join us for a group acupuncture session with Wildflower TCM.

Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medical practice that involves the insertion of thin, sterile needles into specific points on the body. These points are located along energy pathways known as meridians. There is a vital life force or energy called "Qi" (pronounced "chee") that flows through these meridians. When the flow of Qi is disrupted or imbalanced, it can lead to various physical or emotional health issues.

The primary goals of acupuncture are to restore the balance of Qi and promote the body's natural healing processes. Acupuncture points are selected based on the individual's symptoms and diagnosis by a trained acupuncturist. The insertion of needles at these points is thought to stimulate the body's natural ability to heal, reduce pain, and alleviate various conditions.

Acupuncture is used to address a wide range of health issues, including pain management (such as back pain, migraines, and arthritis), stress and anxiety reduction, digestive problems, and support for conditions like infertility and allergies. It is often used in conjunction with other forms of traditional Chinese medicine, such as herbal remedies and dietary changes.

During an acupuncture session, the acupuncturist will use fine, hair-thin needles to gently penetrate the skin at specific points. The needles are typically left in place for 15-30 minutes, and the individual may experience sensations like tingling, warmth, or a mild ache during the treatment.

This event is a group style of setting in which you can choose to be seated or laying down.

Cost: $40

Hā Workshop - Presented by Heart Waves Studios

About the event:

Have you ever felt inspired to embark on a journey of healing, forgiveness, and personal transformation?

Come to discover your own personal responsibility to healing the past and deepen your connection to the DIVINE with the breath that created you. Receive the gift of an everlasting lifelong experience with HĀ workshop. Allow a healing journey that is facilitated by a passionate teacher of the healing arts for over 22 years.

In Hawaiian language, the word for breath is hā … “The Breath of Life”… To breathe is life. To be without breath there is no life, and so hā also means life. In this two hour journey, Amber will take you through the understanding of Ho’oponopono on a deeper level as she learned through Dr. Hew and to incorporate the Vagal Toning Breathwork ™ (VBT) with the Ho’oponopono practice.

What is Ho’oponopono? The word means to make right, to rectify an error. It is an ancient Hawaiian method of stress reduction and problem solving. When combining VTB™ with Ho’oponopono, individuals may use the breath to help deepen their connection to their emotions and inner selves to God, while also practicing forgiveness and self-love. This can be a powerful combination for those looking to heal past traumas, release negative emotions, and cultivate a deeper sense of peace and well-being in their lives.

Our journey will begin with an understanding and presentation of Ho’oponopono and end with a guided breath work ( VTB ™) technique while lying on a mat, followed by a ceremony. There will be two short breaks for light snacks.

What to bring: A mat, pillow, blanket, eye pillow ( some will be provided if you don't have one), water, journal if you would like.

Price- $111.00

Register online at https://www.heartwavesstudio.com/events/ha-2

About the presenter:

Amber McCornack is the owner and founder of HeartWaves Creative Well-Being Center in Albert Lea, MN. She began her journey in the healing arts back in 2001 with Nia, a holistic bare foot dance. She has since then never stopped learning and has many professional certificates in Yoga, Thai Yoga Therapy, Thai Ergonomics and Thai Herbal.

As Amber journeyed into her 30's, she began to understand the importance of core strength for longevity and balancing hormones. She then studied Pilates Reformer and earned her professional Pilates Reformer certificates in 2006. Amber has always felt an innate ability to know forgiveness in a unique way growing up.

She found peace through her studies and certification in Ho'oponopono with Dr. Hew Len and it brought her full circle knowing how important our breath is and how spiritually connected to the breath we are.

Which lead her to become a certified breathwork coach last year. She is now guiding with the trade marked breath called VTB ( Vagel Toning Breathwork).

Amber knows that everything is sacred and that every single person is loved by our one Creator. She will hold space for you to feel safe. to feel comfortable asking questions and to remember you are whole, and loved as wide as the universe.
