Create effective treatment plans and provide homecare suggestions that are customized to each client’s needs
Create and maintain professional boundaries

Front Desk Position
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a 5-star, guest service to clientele
Answer phone calls, respond to client emails
Be a knowledgeable resource for clients about our services
Manage in house bookings
Manage spa laundry
Participate in cohesion with other team members in a holistic, client centered environment
Abilities:
Excellent multi-tasking
Good time management
Communication skills (listening, feedback, speaking)
Computer literacy
Five-star customer service in person and over the phone
Hours are flexible. This is a Part-time position that will include weekends.
