Gentle Yoga offers a nurturing practice suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Through a combination of slow, flowing movements, mindful breathing exercises, and deep stretching, participants will experience a profound sense of calmness and inner balance. This practice focuses on gentle postures that enhance flexibility, improve joint mobility, and release tension, allowing the body to unwind and restore.

Yin Yoga, Reiki & Sound Therapy combined.

A restorative yoga class is a gentle and relaxing form of yoga that focuses on deep relaxation, stress relief, and the restoration of the body and mind. It is often characterized by a slow and meditative pace, with an emphasis on the use of props such as bolsters, blankets, pillows, and blocks to support the body in various poses.

10 am- Trauma Conscious Yoga with Lily

Trauma Conscious Yoga class is slow and gentle, integrating both movement and stillness. View this class as an invitation to reconnect the link between your physical and mental bodies and regulate your nervous system. The goal of this space is to help nurture your self-awareness, inner-knowing, and healing journey.
