Oftentimes if the 5th, 6th and 7th chakra are out of balance or blocked, which can manifest in the physical body with head, neck and shoulder pain.
An Energy Bodywork session begins with a discussion of the physical, mental and emotional discomfort in order to create a customized experience just for you that will treat body, mind and spirit.
In this targeted session, your therapist will address issues within the physical body with table or mat style bodywork on the upper body. Issues within the energetic body will be addressed with Reiki where it is needed and requested.
The session will be roughly split in half with bodywork and energy work or as practitioner feels guided.
