Introduction to Lomi History and Hawaiian Culture:
The "Introduction to History and Culture" segment of the Traditional Style LomiLomi class explores the origins and cultural significance of this sacred Hawaiian healing art. Students will learn about its deep-rooted connection to Hawaiian spirituality, the role of practitioners in Hawaiian communities, and be introduced to the gods, goddesses, and connection between Lomi and Hula.

Traditional Style Lomilomi (Bodywork):
Deep yet gentle, TSL course teaches you to work with what you find, using long, rhythmic strokes, coming from foot/hip work that reflects the steps of the hula.
Learn how to give a full body Traditional Style Lomilomi massage, a blend of three different lineages of Lomilomi as given to us by Aunty Suzi Ko.
*Introduction to Lomilomi & Hawaiian Cultural Concepts is required for this class.
