Custom Bodywork is a completely customized massage session. You and your therapist will make a treatment plan together based on what your presenting issue is and what your goals are for the session. The therapist will draw from the modalities they have studied to blend traditions of massage together, seamlessly and cohesively, for the ultimate relaxation, and deeply therapeutic massage.
Traditional Hawaiian Style Bodywork
Rooted in the massage traditions of Hawai’i this style utlizes long flowing strokes, 1,2,3,4 rhythmic movements, compression, deep tissue manipulation, joint confusion and stretching to work with what we find in the body. Alleviate common aches and pains, chronic issues and take relaxation to a whole new level.
